Profile

About Me

Born in Tokyo and trained at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague, I have devoted my musical life to the pipe organ — an instrument that commands architecture, acoustics, and centuries of accumulated thought in equal measure.

My studies brought me into close contact with the North German Baroque tradition through work with renowned teachers in Lübeck and Bremen, and later with the French school in Paris. I hold a Master of Music with distinction and a Solist Diploma from the Royal Conservatoire.

I perform regularly in cathedral and concert settings across Europe, with a particular focus on bringing lesser-known organ works to audiences who may encounter them for the first time. Alongside performing, I am engaged in research into historical temperaments and their expressive implications.
